This week the Spring 2023 Biology Colloquium hosts Danielle Schmitt, Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at UCLA. Dr. Schmitt studies how molecular mechanisms of metabolism and cellular function are organized inside individual cells. Her seminar, given by invitation from the URISE and Bridges-to-PhD programs, will be titled, “Illuminating compartmentalized metabolic signaling in single cells”
