Colloquium: Schiffman as “grouchy professor”

This week’s seminar in the Biology Colloquium series will be given by CSUN Biology Professor Polly Schiffman. Dr. Schiffman studies plant ecology, particularly the grassland communities of California prairie, in field sites on the Carrizo Plains National Monument. Her talk will be titled “Plants, Ecology, and Conservation: Musings of a Grouchy Professor.”

The Biology Colloquium series is held every Friday during the semester, at 2:00pm in Chaparral Hall room 5125.
