Colloquium: Yeung on methods to engineer living sensors

Dr. Yeung

The Fall 2023 Biology Colloquium Series continues this Friday with a seminar by Enoch Yeung, Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at UC Santa Barbara. Dr. Yeung studies methods for developing biological systems for computation and environmental sensing. His seminar, given with support from the URISE and BRIDGEs to the PhD programs, will be titled, “Data-driven discovery of genetic targets for biosensor development”.

Colloquium series seminars are held Fridays at 2pm in Chaparral Hall room 5122. Dr. Yeung will be available after the seminar to meet with students during a “Meet the Speaker” reception, with light refreshments, in Chaparral Hall 5201.
