Discover the microbes behind your Merlot at Wine 101

The Microbiology Student Association (MSA) would like to welcome you to our first event of the Fall 2018 semester. This Friday, September 21st we will be hosting Wine 101, an educational seminar about the microbiology behind wine production. In this first session, Dr. Baresi will be discussing the ins and outs of wine making and we will be preparing our own batch. Later in the semester, we’ll go through the process of bottling the wine we prepare this Friday!

Please join us in Magnolia Hall 4211 at 4pm this Friday for a fun and informative seminar. Food and drinks will be provided. This lecture is open to anyone, but to participate in any wine tastings you must be over the age of 21 and provide a valid photo ID.

Not a member? No problem! Member registration will be open at the event with a one-time $10 membership fee. Looking forward to seeing you there! If you have any questions please contact MSA at csun.msa@gmail.com.
