Dr. Groen (UC Riverside website)

The Spring 2025 Biology Colloquium Series continues this Friday with a seminar by Niels Groen, Assistant Professor of Evolutionary Systems Biology at UC Riverside. Dr. Groen studies the evolution of nematodes that infect and parasitize plants and plant-feeding insects. His talk will be titled “Plant toxins and the evolution of host-parasite interactions”.
